We are the official service center, providing professional services in tuning to improve the performance of motorcycles. Our aim is to tune motorcycles, so as they have more power, the optimal course of performance and fuel consumption and at the same time to maintain their durability and reliability.

For this purpose we use the latest knowledge and components of renowned manufacturers.

 

Our Dynojet tuning centre

We are certified Dynojet Tuning Center and we are professionally trained to work with the Dynojet dynamometer. Motor tuning requires particular experience that we have gained during years of experience in service and motorsport. Although we focus on racing specials and have extensive experience from race-tracks, we tune all types of motorcycles- from classics, through tourers, choppers to motocross.

 

We are equipped with modern dynamometer Dynojet 250i, placed in the measuring cabin of stable conditions for performance measurement and air-handling imitating the real conditions of motorcycle air intake. This is a prerequisite for correct measurement and consistent results. Using a special software we monitor the air-fuel mixture in the entire range of RPM and throttle position. We are able to evaluate the current fuel map precisely, and modify subsequently.

Our services in the area of tuning

Increasing of the engine power

For racing motorcycles, power increasing requires a lot of modifications compared to the standard version. The basic modifications include a change in compression ratio, adjustment of cylinder heads and camshafts exchange.

  1. When working with the cylinder head we strive to provide accurate and functional processing of inlet and outlet ports. We measure the wear on the valves and, if necessary, install new valves and valve oil seals.
  2. When calculating the ideal compression ratio, we are taking into account the size of detonation slit, slit valve and a compression chamber that is measured on each cylinder and then select the optimal way of cylinder head processing , or- if needed- the cylinder processing itself.
  3. We perform valve seats grinding only with original and unmistakable tools of required angles and shapes. If necessary, we perform also replacing of valve guides and seats.
  4. We supply, install and time racing (sharp) camshafts from certified producers whose products are used in such championships as MotoGP, BSB, WSBK and IDM.
  5. We optimize the air intake by installing the original motomaxx air funnels, that we offer in dural or carbon version.
  6. We run the modified engine on dynamometer, under load and then set a precise fuel map.

Optimization of fuel maps, electronic adjustment and performance tuning

One of the most significant changes for reaching the perfect course of power and torque is the most accurate adjustment of the air- fuel mixture. We set air- fuel mixture in the full range of engine speed (RPM), throttle position (TPS) in the most ideal air- fuel mixture ratio (AFR). We do adjust fuel maps for Electronic Control Units and additional electronics of following manufacturers: PowerCommander (PCV, PCII, DFC module), HRC, YEC, electronic Yoshimura Kawasaki racing ECU, Bazzaz, RapidBike, MOTEC, Ignitech, Woolich racing.

We do offer a rewriting of the serial Control unit and its settings adjustment, using the software and components from Woolich racing motorcycles for the following motorcycles:
